LOCAL SERVICE REQUESTS
Pickup, delivery, assembly and installation requests are reviewed before a written quote is issued. A request is not a confirmed appointment. We may ask for photos or more details, but do not send payment information or identification documents through the form.

We aim to communicate clearly, keep marketing consent optional, disclose mandatory charges before acceptance, and provide the remedies required by applicable consumer law.

LIMITED SHARING
Information required to complete an order may be shared with Wix, the selected payment provider, the fulfillment provider and supplier handling that order, and the carrier. Optional marketing consent stays separate. We do not sell personal information.

HOW FULFILLMENT WORKS
Products may ship directly from third-party suppliers and may not be held in local inventory. Supplier arrangements for the current collection are still being confirmed. Ammy Sohi Shop remains your seller and support contact.
ORDER REVIEW & TRACKING
We review product availability and delivery details before fulfillment. Products from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking is sent when the selected service supports it. A delivery estimate is not a guarantee unless expressly stated in writing.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by order or destination. Payment is processed by the selected provider. We will never ask you to send a full card number, password or banking login by email, chat or a local-service form.
BEFORE YOU BUY
Review the final item, quantity, destination eligibility, tax, delivery charge and any available delivery estimate before placing an order. The final checkout should show every mandatory charge other than government-imposed tax before acceptance.
