SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER REVIEW & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We review each order before fulfillment. A product-specific processing and delivery estimate is shown on the product page or at checkout when available. The final checkout is the source of truth for destination eligibility and delivery charges. Estimates are not guarantees; weekends, holidays, customs, remote areas, severe weather and carrier disruptions can add time.
DIRECT & SPLIT FULFILLMENT
Products may ship directly from third-party suppliers. Ammy Sohi Shop remains your seller and support contact. Supplier arrangements and delivery estimates are being confirmed for the current collection. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date. Items from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking is sent when a tracked service is provided.
ADDRESSES, CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Provide a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact amrindersingh@ammysohi.com or 705-618-1500 immediately if a correction or cancellation is needed. We can request a change only before the supplier accepts or dispatches the order, and cannot guarantee it. Extra delivery cost caused by an incorrect customer-supplied address may be charged unless the error was ours.
DELAYS, LOSS & DAMAGE
If tracking stalls, a parcel is marked delivered but missing, or an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with the order number, photos and any carrier notice. Keep the product and packaging while we investigate. We will coordinate the claim and provide the available remedy under this policy and applicable law.
TAXES, DUTIES & DESTINATIONS
We ship only where the exact product is available at checkout. Canadian orders may include applicable sales tax. Cross-border shipments can attract GST/HST, duty, brokerage or carrier charges. Before listing a cross-border product, we aim to state whether those charges are prepaid or payable on arrival. We do not add undisclosed mandatory handling fees after an order is accepted. Contact us before ordering if a charge is unclear.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
STANDARD RETURN WINDOW
Contact us before sending anything back. Unless the product page states a different legally permitted rule, eligible physical goods may be requested for return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and uninstalled, with original parts, labels and packaging, plus proof of purchase. Approval and a return address are required before shipment; returns sent elsewhere may be delayed or refused.
DAMAGED, WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS
Contact amrindersingh@ammysohi.com or 705-618-1500 promptly with the order number, photos and a description. If the seller or supplier made the error, we will arrange the appropriate replacement, refund or authorized return at no return-shipping cost to you, subject to applicable law.
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer normally pays tracked return shipping and remains responsible for the parcel until received. Original outbound shipping is not refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Subject to applicable law, returns may be unavailable for personalized goods, perishables, opened food or supplements, opened hygiene or intimate goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, final-sale items clearly disclosed before purchase, and products damaged through installation, misuse or ordinary wear. Do not send any item until we confirm eligibility.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
After an authorized return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post it. Exchanges depend on stock; when unavailable, we may refund and invite a new order.
LOCAL SERVICES
Pickup, delivery, assembly and installation requests use a separate written scope, total quote, schedule and cancellation terms. No service is confirmed until accepted in writing. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
