ORDERS, PRICES & FULFILLMENT

ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance or dispatch. We may cancel and refund an order for unavailable stock, supplier failure, a material pricing or description error, suspected fraud, a delivery restriction, or a safety or compliance concern. We will contact you using the details provided with the order.
PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are in Canadian dollars unless the site clearly shows another currency. Applicable tax, delivery and any mandatory non-government charge will be disclosed before order acceptance. Payment must be authorized through the payment method selected at checkout. We do not add undisclosed mandatory handling fees after an order is accepted.
PRODUCTS & SUPPLIER-DIRECT FULFILLMENT
We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, dimensions, colours and availability, but screens and supplier updates can create reasonable differences. Some products ship directly from approved third-party suppliers, including AliExpress suppliers coordinated through DSers. Ammy Sohi Shop remains your seller and support contact. Items may ship separately, and tracking is provided when the selected service supports it.
DELIVERY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee one in writing. You must provide complete and accurate contact and delivery details, review product measurements and compatibility, follow safety instructions, and use or install products only as intended. Contact us immediately if an address correction or cancellation is needed; a change cannot be guaranteed after supplier acceptance or dispatch.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Our Shipping & Returns policy forms part of these terms. Contact us before returning anything. Nothing in these terms removes a remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
LOCAL SERVICES, RESPONSIBILITY & CONTACT
LOCAL SERVICES & QUOTES
A local pickup, delivery, assembly or installation request is not a confirmed appointment or price. We first review the request, then provide a written scope, total quote, exclusions, timing and cancellation terms. Work is confirmed only after both sides accept those details. Added work or unexpected site conditions require approval before an added charge.
SAFETY & REGULATED WORK
We may decline work that is unsafe, outside the agreed scope, requires a licence or permit we do not hold, or should be performed by a qualified trade. Customers must disclose relevant hazards, access restrictions, product instructions and site conditions. We do not perform regulated electrical, gas, plumbing, structural or other licensed work unless the required qualified provider and approvals are in place.
SITE USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You may use the site for lawful personal shopping and service inquiries. Do not interfere with site security, misuse forms, copy protected store content for commercial use, or submit unlawful, misleading or infringing material. Product and brand names may belong to their respective owners.
WARRANTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
Products and services will be provided with the rights and warranties required by applicable law. To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse, incompatible selection, customer-supplied errors, unauthorized installation, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
CHANGES, LAW & SEVERABILITY
We may update these terms for future use of the site and will show the new effective date. Existing accepted orders remain governed by the terms that applied when accepted unless the law requires otherwise. These terms are governed by applicable Canadian law and the mandatory consumer laws of the customer’s province or territory. If one part is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue.
