WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE COLLECT
Ammy Sohi Shop collects only the information reasonably needed to answer inquiries, assess local-service requests, process orders, take payment, arrange supplier-direct fulfillment, deliver parcels, prevent fraud, provide support, meet legal obligations and improve the store. Depending on how you use the site, this may include your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery details, order and payment-status data, messages, service-request photos, device and cookie data, and consent preferences. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider; we do not need to store full card numbers.
HOW WE USE IT
We use personal information for the purpose explained when it is collected, including fulfilling an order or service request, communicating transactional updates, providing customer support, protecting the store and complying with law. Optional marketing consent is separate from buying or requesting a quote.
WHO RECEIVES IT & WHERE IT MAY BE PROCESSED
We share only what is needed with providers that operate the store and an order: Wix, payment providers, DSers, approved AliExpress or other suppliers, carriers, email or marketing providers, analytics and security vendors, and professional advisers or public authorities when legally required. Supplier-direct fulfillment requires the recipient name, delivery address, contact detail where needed, product and variant to be shared with the supplier and carrier. Providers may process information outside Canada, where local laws apply. We do not sell personal information.
YOUR CHOICES & CONTACT
MARKETING, CONSENT & COOKIES
Marketing consent is separate and optional; it is not selected by default, and you may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time. Transactional messages about a request, order, delivery, safety issue or account may still be sent. Essential cookies support security, carts and checkout. Analytics or marketing technologies are used in line with the consent choices available on the site. Do not upload identification documents, payment information or unrelated personal material in service-request photos.
RETENTION & SAFEGUARDS
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal and accounting duties, dispute handling and fraud prevention, then delete or de-identify it where practical. We use access controls and service-provider safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.
YOUR CHOICES & RIGHTS
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, unsubscribe from marketing, or raise a privacy concern. Withdrawing information or consent may limit a service we cannot provide without it. The store is not directed to children under 13; a parent or guardian should contact us if a child submitted personal information.
